“Please ensure that you fill out the following form completely. The description section on the side of the form represents the statement of intent. You are expected to summarize your past experiences related to your profession and education and express why you want to participate in this program. If your application is accepted, we will get back to you through the contact information you provided, and you will be asked to submit the documents at the bottom of this page.
Documents to be Submitted During Registration
- 2 passport-sized photos
- 1 copy of the Turkish Republic ID card / Identification Card or passport
- Signed Wisdom Program Commitment Form (with wet signature)
- Signed Wisdom Program Registration Form (with wet signature)
- Istanbul Aydin University Consent Statement for the Processing, Usage, and Sharing of Personal Data (with wet signature)
Once your application is accepted, you will be contacted, and you will be asked to submit the above documents.
After completing all the required registration documents as listed above, you can deliver them in person or by mail to the IAÜ Wisdom Program Office. You can access the forms from the Forms and Documents section.
