The Basic Computer Usage course is designed to provide practical instruction on the use of desktop and portable computers. The course is planned with hands-on applications. It covers topics such as the hardware structure of a computer, the power-on and power-off processes, software concepts, keyboard and mouse usage based on wrist movement, creating text files, and sending/receiving emails. These processes are presented with various conceptual structures to support understanding. The primary goal is to enhance hand-eye coordination and maintain the sustainability of cognitive engagement.
